4. Third-Party Search Results and Advertisements

The Site operates on a content and search aggregation model (RSOC), and some search results, related links, and advertisements displayed are sourced directly from third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdSense/AFS).

  • Complaints for Sponsored Links (Ads): If you believe that an advertisement or sponsored link displayed on our Site infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you must report this directly to the third-party ad network (e.g., Google or Bing), as they control the delivery of those specific ads. The Company cannot directly remove or modify third-party ad content.
  • Disclaimer: The Company is not responsible or liable for any sanctions based on the use, copy, and/or download of material that a user finds through search results or third-party links displayed on the Site. The user is solely responsible for their actions.

Please Note:

Because sponsored links and externally sourced search results are generated and served by third-party systems, the Company does not review, endorse, control, or host such content. Any requests to remove or alter third-party material must be directed to the relevant provider.

Some material displayed on the Site may consist of automatically generated summaries, previews, or search snippets. Such content is algorithmically produced and is not manually reviewed by the Company.

5. Account Suspension and Repeat Infringers

As required by the DMCA, we may suspend and/or terminate the access of any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyrights. This policy is determined by us from time to time and is not disclosed to the public to prevent abuse.

The determination of what constitutes a repeat infringer will be made in the Company's sole discretion, consistent with the DMCA.

6. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our Designated Agent at contact@infostreamhub.com containing the required elements set forth in 17 U.S.C. ยง 512(g)(3).

Please note that reinstatement of material following a counter-notice will occur only in accordance with the timelines and procedures set forth in the DMCA.

7. Warning Regarding Fraudulent Claims

WARNING: The DMCA provides that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Do not submit a DMCA Notice if you are not certain that the material infringes your copyright. You agree to indemnify the Company against any damages arising from your willful misrepresentation.

The Company reserves the right to disclose misuse of the DMCA process to relevant authorities or affected parties where appropriate.
