PART III: OTHER CALIFORNIA & NEVADA OBLIGATIONS
A. Do Not Track (DNT) Settings

D. Other U.S. States
Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights under their respective state privacy laws. These rights can vary depending on the state and the type of information involved. To the extent any such laws apply to us, we will address relevant requests in accordance with the requirements that apply to our business under those laws.
Because our Site may use analytics tools, advertising technologies, location-related signals (such as IP-based region detection), and other third-party services that support site functionality and traffic optimization, the ways in which personal information is processed can depend on the features used by each visitor and the technology partners integrated into the Site.
Additional details regarding the categories of information collected, the purposes for which it may be used, and the tools that support the operation and monetization of the Site are described in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Accordingly, this Notice should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which provides additional context regarding our data practices. Users are encouraged to review those documents to understand how the Site functions and how personal information may be handled.
If you have questions about how your state's privacy laws may apply to your use of the Site, you may contact us at support@infostreamhub.com. We may limit or decline certain requests where allowed or required by applicable law.
Disclaimer: Nothing in this Notice creates rights beyond those expressly required by applicable law or obligates us to respond to requests that fall outside the scope of such laws.
